What to include
The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can work out what happened:
- your device and its operating system version
- the app version, shown at the bottom of the in-app settings screen
- what you were doing when it went wrong, and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Your saved progress
Progress is a save file on your own device. There is no account and no cloud copy, which means we cannot look up or restore your progress from our side, and uninstalling the app removes it. If you are moving to a new phone, your device's own backup and transfer tools are the way to carry app data across.
Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds
Case 01 is free. The All Access subscription, weekly or yearly, opens every other case. It is sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play, and renews automatically until you turn renewal off in the store.
- Subscription not showing? Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the account that bought it.
- Cancelling is done in the store, not in the app — see the steps on Refunds & Cancellations.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund process.
Privacy questions
The Privacy Policy covers what the app does with information. If something there is unclear, or you want to make a privacy or deletion request, write to support@beamaze.in.
Reporting a problem with content
Every case in AFTERTRACE is fictional. If something in the game nonetheless appears to resemble a real person or event, tell us and we will look at it.
